• All orders are packaged and shipped within 24 hours once your payment has been processed.

• All orders placed after 12pm Friday will not be shipped until the next business day

• All orders have a flat rate shipping price;​

​Standard Shipping (500g parcel) $8.95

Express Shipping (500g parcel) $12.50

Standard Shipping (1kg parcel) $12.50

Express Shipping (1kg parcel) $16.50​​​​

• All Domestic orders over $75 AUD automatically qualify for free shipping.

• Tracking numbers are provided via email upon order fulfilment.

Return & Exchange Policy

Beauty by Sarina does not offer any refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.  Our quality control is extremely strict on every item prior to being sold/shipped, although our process is strict customers who have received any product/s that have a manufacturing fault will receive a refund.

If you have received any faulty items or items not as ordered, please contact us at sarina@beautybysarina.com.au 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same original packaging and condition that you received it. (Please include any evidence you can provide of the fault)

Beauty by Sarina reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to provide you with a refund and/or reimburse you for your returns fees. You will not be reimbursed returns fees if our Customer Care team have not advised you via email, prior to returning the faulty item(s).
